The new generation of Gorenje ovens features a hidden design within the top. Improved airflow now circulates freely inside the oven, creating a larger volume. This increased space allows for larger baking trays and greater quantities of food, while maintaining the same external dimensions. Instead of the previous three levels, the larger oven now allows for the simultaneous use of five levels. Its capacity ranges up to 75 liters in standard ovens and up to 53 liters in microwave ovens, the largest capacity available on the market.

This function is designed for gentle, slow, and even baking. This method locks in moisture, keeping food exceptionally tender and juicy. It’s ideal for preparing meat, fish, or pastries on a single level.

The distinctive circular shape is one of the most beneficial features of Gorenje ovens, inspired by traditional wood-fired ovens. It allows hot air to circulate freely around the oven. Because food is heated evenly from all sides, it’s always cooked perfectly: crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Combined with the MultiFlow 360 ventilation system, it enables baking on all five levels.

The best baking results are achieved by combining the larger and smaller heating elements, with the latter positioned inside the larger one. This intelligent heating element placement allows for optimal heat distribution and perfect baking results every time, so food is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Multiple heating element configurations are available: internal, external, or both. In advanced models, the heating elements are removable for easier cleaning and maintenance.
